1. Eligibility for Returns
All products can be returned and fully refunded within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
